In-person group fasting offers a unique, immersive fasting experience held in a supportive, real-world environment. Guided by sisters Alison and Helen, this offering combines practical fasting expertise with gentle movement, nervous system support, and the power of shared experience.

Helen brings extensive experience in fasting, cleansing, and therapeutic support, guiding participants through each stage of the fasting process with clarity, education, and care.

Alison, a qualified yoga teacher, provides grounding practices to support the body and nervous system throughout the fast, helping participants feel calm, connected, and supported in their bodies.

​

Before the fast begins, participants receive clear preparation guidance, outlining how to prepare physically and mentally, what to expect during the fast, and how to approach the experience safely. This preparation helps create a strong foundation so you arrive feeling informed and supported.

Throughout the fasting period, the group is supported in person with daily guidance, shared check-ins, and space for rest and reflection. Gentle yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement are offered to support circulation, relaxation, and nervous system regulation during the fast.

The group setting fosters connection, accountability, and reassurance, while still respecting each participant’s individual experience.

Both juice fasting and water fasting options may be supported, depending on the structure of the group experience.

Equal care is given to the re-feeding phase, with clear post-fast guidance provided to support the slow and intentional reintroduction of food. This phase is essential for integrating the benefits of the fast and supporting ongoing wellbeing once you return home.
