During the session, we explore the 7 core principles of health, looking at your current lifestyle, daily habits, and environmental influences. It offers a structured, supportive introduction that prioritises safety, education, and confidence, while allowing the body the space it needs to rest, reset, and begin healing.

Before the fast begins, you’ll receive a preparation call to discuss your health history, lifestyle, and intentions for the fast. You’ll also be provided with a comprehensive pre-fast guide, outlining how to prepare your body, what to expect, and how to support yourself physically and mentally in the lead-up.

Throughout the fasting period, you’ll be fully supported with ongoing guidance and check-ins, helping you understand your body’s responses and navigate the process with clarity and reassurance. This support is especially valuable if you’ve never fasted before, as it provides structure, accountability, and expert oversight during each stage of the fast.

This offering is suitable for those who have prior fasting experience or have completed shorter guided fasts and are ready for a more comprehensive and closely monitored process.

The program begins with two pre‑fast preparation calls, allowing time to thoroughly review your health history, fasting experience, lifestyle, and intentions. Where appropriate, baseline bloodwork is reviewed to help ensure the fast is approached with care, awareness, and individual consideration.

You will be guided through a structured preparation phase to support your body in transitioning safely into the fast. Throughout the fasting period, you will receive full daily support, including daily vitals check‑ins, ongoing communication, and guidance to help monitor your body’s response and adjust support as needed.

A central focus of this fast is supporting the body’s innate healing processes by creating the conditions for deep physiological rest. Education and reassurance are provided throughout so you remain informed, supported, and connected to your body during each stage of the fast.
