A supported fasting experience for wherever you are in your journey
If you are new to fasting and ready to try your first 3–5 day fast but not quite ready to commit to a full coaching package, or you have experience and are looking for support through a longer 7–28 day fast, this program offers structured guidance, daily check-ins, and expert oversight at every stage.
Every program begins with preparation calls to review your health history, lifestyle, and intentions. You'll receive a comprehensive pre-fast guide outlining how to prepare physically and mentally, what to expect, and how to support yourself throughout the process. Where appropriate, baseline bloodwork is reviewed to ensure the fast is approached with individual care and awareness.
Throughout the fasting period, you'll receive full daily support including check-ins, ongoing communication, and guidance to help you understand your body's responses at each stage. This structure provides clarity, reassurance, and accountability whether it's your first fast or your fifth.
The post-fast phase is treated with equal importance. You'll receive a detailed re-feeding plan and post-fast guide, along with integration calls to support a safe and intentional return to eating, helping you restore balance and carry the benefits forward into everyday life.

Group Juice or Water Fasting - Online
A guided online fasting experience within a supportive group setting
Group juice or water fasting offers a structured and supported fasting experience, guided within a small group environment. This option is ideal for those who value shared accountability, connection, and encouragement, while still receiving clear guidance and professional oversight throughout the process.
Prior to the fast, participants receive group preparation guidance, including clear instructions on how to prepare the body, what to expect during the fast, and how to approach the experience safely and mindfully. This helps ensure everyone begins the fast feeling informed, supported, and confident.
Throughout the fasting period, you’ll receive ongoing group support, with regular check‑ins, education, and space for questions. While the fast is experienced individually, the group setting provides motivation, reassurance, and a sense of connection that many find deeply supportive — particularly for those new to fasting or returning after time away.
